Intermediate Class in the Alexander Technique.
This small class is for intermediate level Alexander Technique students and meets from 5:00-6:00 p.m. every Monday. Please contact instructor Lisa First regarding joining our class as we are a small group and space is limited.

Beginning Class in the Alexander Technique
This small class is for beginning level Alexander Technique students and meets from 2:00-3:00 pm every Wednesday at the Enterspace Office. Please contact instructor Lisa First regarding joining our class as we are a small group and space is limited. We welcome you!

Cost of Lessons

Alexander Technique private lessons are for forty-five minutes. The cost is $70.00 effective January 1, 2016. Ten lesson packets are offered at a discount. $45.00 student rates are available and Lisa is always open to discuss sliding scale options.

Group Alexander Technique classes at the Enterspace office are $18.00 each per month if the month is paid for in advance. The single drop in rate is $25.00 a class. Please pay by check made out to Lisa First or by cash payment.

Class costs at the YWCA are organized by the YWCA. It is most affordable for YWCA members. Everyone is welcome.
